Incremental nanocode checkpoint archive

This repository preserves the two original checkpoint repositories and adds the five independently initialized v11 one-epoch final HF models.

Checkpoints live under runs/<run>/checkpoints/<checkpoint>/. Load a checkpoint with snapshot_download allow_patterns or a Transformers subfolder. Consult MANIFEST.json for byte hashes, pinned source snapshots, and Git bundles. Historical file content is immutable; later runs are appended with a pinned parent commit.

Training data, raw evaluation trajectories and detailed internal audits are kept in a separate private data backup. Original source licenses and usage restrictions remain applicable.
